Krista (she/her) believes our most transformational healing occurs in relationship, and so she works to create a therapy experience that feels honest, safe, and uplifting. She works with clients to explore below the surface, experiment with new ideas, and increase self-trust and resiliency. 

Krista works with couples to help improve communication, navigate out of distress, and strengthen emotional and sexual intimacy. Intimate relationships are the sites of our proudest moments and deepest vulnerabilities - the complexity and challenges are so real. Couples struggling with communication, sexual issues, tension, and fighting can work with Krista to find deeper understanding, connection, and ease. She also works with individuals on challenges with life transitions, desire, sex and sexuality, anxiety and depression, and chronic pain.

Krista Anne is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoys working with those in the wide spectrum of queer identities. She is sex-positive, poly-affirming, and BDSM/Kink-friendly. Her approach draws from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
