| Therapist Intro | My ideal clients are those who want support exploring their inner world and improving their connection to themselves and ability to feel their feelings. I would love to support you as you learn to manage anxiety and depression, cope with big changes, explore your gender and/or sexuality, understand and learn to thrive as a neurodivergent person, strengthen emotional regulation skills and understand and improve your relationships. I take my client's lead and believe that you are the expert of your own experiences. I love to help people understand what they are allowed to ask for in therapy and figure out what they need. Clients often provide feedback that questions I ask them allow them to think about things in a way they haven't before. I am also a huge advocate for self-compassion. My approach as a therapist is to collaborate with my clients to understand what they need and do my best to support them. I believe therapy should be non-judgmental, supportive, and empowering. I believe the value of acknowledging, embracing, and empathizing with my clients and their different identities is of the utmost importance. |
