Therapist Intro I work with anxiety, ADHD, and attachment throughout the lifespan. So, I support kids and their caregivers in families with neurodivergent and anxious members. I also see adult individuals and couples working to change patterns that involve ADHD or anxiety symptoms, or that started with early family attachment. I show up in an authentic, curious, and affirming way with every person, couple, and family who come to see me. Together, we'll create a relationship that feels like a safe space to reflect and grow, and find a way to build experiences in therapy that translate into lasting change in your life. My work with adults and couples is clinically supervised by James McCracken, LCSW. My work with kids and families is supervised by Katrine Banaghan, LCSW. I use play therapy with children 3+ for emotional regulation, adjustment to change, and secure attachment to caregivers. Talk therapy with youth and adults focuses first on your goals, personal values, and experience in the present. I support parents, couples, and family groups in achieving peace and closeness while honoring the needs and strengths of each individual. I’m going to guess things have been challenging recently, but I’m so glad you’re here. I’d be honored to support you or your child in understanding and managing emotions, changing behaviors that are causing problems, or adjusting to hard changes. Please reach out for a short, free call to tell me about the support you need and see if I seem like a fit.
