Therapist Intro It is my belief that effective therapy is the result of a safe, meaningful, and intentional relationship between therapist and client. It is through this relationship that positive change and healing can flourish. Our interpersonal experiences have shaped us to be the way that we are, and the therapeutic relationship provides an avenue to explore, evaluate, and improve these experiences through an interpersonal evidence-based clinical approach. In pursuit of of these goals, I rely on a biopsychosocial approach that primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
