North Carolina Therapy Professionals, PLLC is a clinician owned and operated multi-specialty, multi-disciplinary psychotherapy group practice who employs psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and clinical mental health counselors throughout NC. We are administratively based in Durham, NC, and offer couple & relationship counseling, family counseling, adolescent therapy, adult therapy and group therapy services. Through psychotherapy and counseling we treat/address LGBTQ+ issues, racial trauma, PTSD and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship distress, anger problems, Men’s issues, Women’s issues. We provide EFT, AEDP, CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Discernment Counseling, Gottman Method and more.

We have in-person services in our Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh and Wilmington offices and through online counseling (telehealth therapy) to clients anywhere in North Carolina..

Many of our providers participate in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Home with UNC Health Alliance (ACA Plan)), Cigna Evernorth, Aetna, the North Carolina State Employees Health Plan, Medcost and Medicare, and offer reduced rate out of pocket arrangements as needed and able.
